Systems programming was required to convert CMS procedures to MVS DB2 procedures, which included DB2 utilities (e.g. Load), write CLISTS (REXX) and add the capability to dynamically select a printer. A massive amount of coordination was required between management, the DBA and the user (had to train the user in the new software)
